SERVICE TECHNICIAN
MAIN TASKS
- Perform start-up tests and machine parameterization
- Install, repair, and support systems in the United States & potentially outside of the US
- Help troubleshoot equipment (electrical, mechanical and software)
- Provide technical service on the road and remotely
- Perform all other duties related to the position
COMPÉTENCES REQUISES
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in industrial electronics, Diploma in electromechanics, or equivalent experience
- Experience in industrial maintenance or in the installation of equipment (an asset)
- Experience in programming PLC and robot
- Bilingualism (an asset)
- Available to travel which can sometimes extend over 2 weeks (transportation provided)
- Valid passport and driver’s license (mandatory)

- Ease with troubleshooting assistance
- Ease with computers and software including Word and Excel
- Interest in robotics
- Attention to detail and precision
- Sense of organization and efficiency

- Good teamwork and customer service skills.
The technician must be based closed to St. Louis, MO and must be available to travel to our various customer sites across the US.
